This super simple way to prepare cauliflower is so delicious, we can easily eat a whole one in a sitting. My younger daughter even suggested taking it to a party and offering it as your dish to share. I wouldn’t say no!

Ingredients
- Medium cauliflower
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 220C.
- Trim cauliflower leaves and slice base so it sits flat.
- Place on baking tray and drizzle with olive oil (I'm pretty generous) and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Roast in oven till charred and soft (I don't go by time, just check after 1 hour).
- Serve immediately by slicing into wedges.
