This smoothie is really popular (well, with my kids anyway!) and makes an easy after school snack.
Don’t be scared of the avocado as you can’t taste it.
Dairy-free, low sugar, gluten-free, nut-free
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tblsp chia seeds
- 1 tblsp rice malt syrup (opt)
- 3/4 cup milk of choice (I used cashew)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender (I use the Thermomix)
- Blend till smooth, scraping down bowl as needed.
- Serve immediately or store in freezer.
