- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
- Chopped almonds and lemon juice to serve (opt)
Instructions
- Put tahini, tamari, lemon juice and garlic into Thermomix (or food processor) and combine well
- Add chopped broccoli and carrot
- Blitz till fine pieces
- Serve with chopped almonds and a squeeze of lemon juice.
