Normally Bircher muesli soaks overnight, which is great if you’re organised and remember to do it. This Quick Bircher Muesli can be made and eaten where to buy proscar forum in the morning and still be lovely and soft.
Quick Bircher Muesli
Nut-free, dairy-free, sugar-free
3 tblsp quick cooking oats
1 tblsp chia seeds
2 tsp sunflower seeds
2 tsp goji berries
Milk of choice (cashew, almond or coconut are all good)
Grated apple or pear to sweeten (opt)
Berries to serve
Place oats, seeds, goji berries, grated apple or pear and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Add enough milk to cover, stir well.
Leave to sit for as long as you can (empty the dishwasher, have a shower, get lunches ready).
When ready to eat, add boiled water to loosen if needed.
