If you’ve followed me for any length of time, you’ll know that I love making and sharing healthy whole food treats (lots to show on Instagram!). Before finding this way of cooking, I was the Butter Flour Sugar Queen so it was a big shift to replace those ingredients with coconut oil, nuts and rice malt syrup.
But when is a good thing too much?
