Are you looking for a quick and easy delicious fudge? How about no-bake and nut-free?
You’ll have this in the freezer in no time. And then you’ll have to wait, but not long. And you’ll be so glad you did.

Nut free, dairy free, gluten free, low sugar
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tahini (look for organic hulled tahini)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup dessicated coconut
- 3 tblsp rice malt syrup
- 2 tblsp maca powder
- 1 tblsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Melt coconut oil if required
- Add all other ingredients and stir well
- Once thoroughly combined pour into mould (I use a 16cmx8cm silicone loaf mould)
- Freeze till set
- Turn onto chopping board and cut into squares
- Store in freezer



Notes
To make One Bowl Chocolate Peppermint Fudge, replace the Maca Powder with 5 - 7 drops pure Peppermint essential oil.
