Sharon Flynn is an accidental entrepreneur of the most generous kind. She originally learnt about ferments while living the expat life, making cheeses, pickles, yoghurt and other tasty gut-friendly treats.
Yet it was when she needed to heal her youngest daughter’s gut following a devastating illness that Sharon’s passion for ancient ferments really blossomed.
