Healthier Chocolate Crackles

Gluten-free, dairy-free, low sugar, nut-free, wheat-free

Ingredients

  • 100g coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons rice malt syrup (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
  • 2 - 21/2 cups puff of choice (buckwheat, quinoa, rice)

Instructions

  1. Melt coconut oil and rice malt syrup in med saucepan over gentle heat.
  2. Stir in cacao powder till dissolved.
  3. Add coconut and puffs and stir well.
  4. Pack into cute moulds or patty cases.
  5. Freeze to set.
