I love pancakes! Once upon a time my staple pancake ingredients were white flour, sugar and milk. Now my tummy and mood appreciates something less processed, especially ones containing whole foods. The bonus is these look and taste like ‘conventional’ pancakes.
The inspiration to name them Breakfast Pancakes came from the common breakfast ingredients, but we eat them anytime đ
Have your frypan warming while you put everything together and they’ll be ready in no time. I think cheap drugs cialis they go extra well with berries, but feel free to go the full Monty with maple syrup and butter (like Charlotte did in the photo below).

Dairy free, gluten free, nut free, no added sugar
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 large banana, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp allspice or mixed spice
Instructions
- Blitz oats in Thermomix or high speed blender till flour consistency.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Blend till smooth and pourable.
- Cook on your favourite pancake frypan or skillet with butter (or coconut oil for dairy free).
- Serve with berries or favourite toppings.

Notes
Add more spices, maybe a pinch of nutmeg, if you want to up the flavour.
